| Fidelity Bank strives to deliver the highest level of security for our Online Banking customers. Our PassMark Protection feature is a more reliable way to help prevent fraud and identity theft. PassMark authentication uses a picture, a word or phrase that you have associated with that picture, and three challenge questions that nobody else knows. When you log in, we'll show you your secret picture and message. This verifies that you are at the correct Online Banking site. You can still access Online Banking from other computers, but the first time you use any new computer you will have to verify your identity by means of answering challenge questions. This way, we'll know it's really you using your login ID, and you'll know it's safe to enter your password. Registering the computer you normally use to access your information provides an additional security to verify your identity. |
